I haven't received my funds. What do I do?
Funding is handled directly by the lender you selected, not by Future Cash. Check the estimated timeline shown in your offer confirmation and your account summary. If the stated timeframe has passed, contact your lender using the details in your offer confirmation email. If you're unable to locate your lender's contact information, reach out to us and we'll help you find it.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email support@futurecashfinance.com with the subject line "Account deletion request." Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 5 business days and send confirmation once complete. All personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
I found an error in my repayment schedule.
Repayment schedules are managed by your lender. Contact them directly for adjustments. If you believe there's a display issue within the Future Cash app, let us know through the form above and include a screenshot if possible.
I want to report a concern about a lender.
Select "Report a concern" in the subject dropdown above and describe your experience. Include the lender's name and any relevant details. We take all reports seriously and will follow up within one business day.
