Terms of Use

Effective Date: August 5, 2026

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set the rules for using the Future Cash website at futurecashfinance.com, the Future Cash mobile application, and every feature connected to them (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Future Cash Finance LLC (“Future Cash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Reading this matters. By opening an account, browsing the site, downloading the app, submitting information, or otherwise using the Services in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If any part of them doesn’t work for you, the right move is to stop using the Services.

These Terms include a limitation of liability and a disclaimer of warranties that affect your legal rights. Please read Sections 13 and 14 carefully.

1) Cost and Repayment at a Glance
Before anything else, here is what you should understand about pricing and payback on the financial products you may encounter through Future Cash. Future Cash does not set these figures — providers do — but we want the ranges visible up front rather than buried.

A) Annual Percentage Rate (APR)
An APR expresses what borrowing costs across a full year, stated as a percentage, and it can fold in interest along with certain qualifying charges. Depending on your profile and the offer a provider extends, APRs on products surfaced through the Services may reach as high as 35%. Before you continue with any application, the provider will spell out the APR and any fees attached to it.

Two things worth keeping in mind. First, APR is a comparison tool, not a bill — it standardizes cost so that two offers with different fee structures can be measured against each other. Second, the APR you actually receive depends on the provider’s own criteria, which can include credit profile, income, the amount requested, the length of the term, and the state you live in. Ranges shown anywhere on the Services are illustrative and are not an offer, a quote, or a guarantee of what you will be given.

B) Repayment Terms
How long you have to pay back depends on the provider, the product category, and the rules in your state. As a general matter, repayment windows run from 3 to 24 months, depending on the option you choose and what’s permitted where you live. Your payment schedule, the exact due dates, and the total amount owed all come from the provider before you finish an application or accept an offer.

Some products carry no interest and are structured around optional fees or tips instead; others are installment products with fixed payments. Late payments, missed payments, returned payments, and early payoff are handled differently by every provider and may carry charges of their own. The provider’s agreement is the document that governs — read it in full before you sign.

2) Definitions
“Provider” means any third-party company whose products, offers, tools, or content may be displayed on or reachable through the Services — including lenders, banks, card issuers, cash access apps, marketplaces, aggregators, and comparison networks.
“Third-Party Services” means any website, application, platform, or service operated by someone other than Future Cash.
“Content” means text, graphics, data, articles, calculators, comparisons, ratings, layouts, code, and any other material made available through the Services.
“You” means the individual using the Services, and, if you are acting on behalf of an entity, that entity as well.
3) Who Can Use the Services
To use the Services you must be at least 18 years old, be a resident of the United States, and be legally able to enter into a binding contract. The Services are designed for a U.S. audience and are not directed at users elsewhere.

You may not use the Services if we have previously suspended or removed your access, or if applicable law bars you from doing so. Availability of specific features, providers, and offers varies by state, and not every product referenced on the Services is available everywhere.

4) What Future Cash Actually Does
Future Cash is an information and matching platform. Our role is to help you understand, compare, and explore financial products offered by other companies — cash access apps, personal loan options, credit card options, and similar products — and to route your interest to the providers you choose.

To be direct about it:

We are not a lender, bank, credit union, or credit card issuer.
We do not originate loans, issue cards, or advance funds.
We do not underwrite, approve, decline, price, or make any credit decision.
We do not service accounts, collect payments, or resolve billing disputes.
We are not a credit repair organization, debt settlement company, or credit counseling agency.
We are not your broker, agent, or fiduciary, and we do not act on your behalf.
5) How the Matching Process Works
When you share information through the Services, we may use it to surface products and providers that appear to fit what you told us. That process is automated and preliminary. It is based on the details you supply and on general criteria published by providers — not on a review of your credit file, and not on any commitment from a provider.

Because of that, please understand:

A match is a suggestion, not an approval, a pre-approval, a pre-qualification, or a firm offer of credit.
Providers apply their own underwriting once you continue to their site or app, and their outcome may differ from anything shown here.
Some users will see no matches at all. Availability changes constantly.
Any figures shown before you reach a provider — amounts, rates, terms, timelines — are estimates for comparison only.
6) No Lending and No Financial Advice
Everything published on the Services is general information, offered for educational and comparison purposes. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or credit advice, and it is not tailored to your individual situation, goals, or risk tolerance.

Comparisons, rankings, editorial notes, calculators, and example scenarios are simplified by nature. They may omit factors that matter to your decision, and they may not reflect the most current terms a provider is offering. For advice specific to your circumstances, speak with a qualified professional. Before you apply for, accept, or use any financial product, review the provider’s official terms, agreement, fee schedule, and required disclosures — those documents control, not ours.

7) Advertising and How We Are Compensated
Future Cash is supported by advertising and referral arrangements. We may be paid by providers when you click through to them, submit an application, get approved, or complete another action defined in our agreement with that provider.

This is standard in the comparison space, and we want it stated plainly rather than tucked away: compensation can influence which products appear on the Services, where they are positioned, and how prominently they are presented. It does not change the terms a provider gives you, and it is not payment from you. The Services do not cover every company or every product available in the market, and nothing here should be read as an endorsement, a recommendation, or an opinion that a particular product is right for you.

8) Third-Party Providers, Offers, and Links
The Services may display, reference, embed, or connect with Third-Party Services and their offers. We don’t own or control them. Once you leave the Services, that company’s own terms and privacy policy govern your relationship with them.

Future Cash is not responsible for Third-Party Services in any respect, including their content, accuracy, uptime, pricing, APRs, fees, eligibility rules, underwriting standards, approval decisions, funding speed, account servicing, collections practices, data handling, customer support, or any dispute that arises between you and them.

Rates, fees, repayment schedules, funding timelines, and qualification criteria differ from provider to provider and can change at any time without notice to us or to you. Not everyone who applies will receive an offer.

If a provider treats you unfairly, we want to hear about it — write to help@futurecashfinance.com. That said, we have no authority to reverse a provider’s decision, alter their terms, refund their charges, or resolve a claim against them.

9) Your Information and Account
Some features ask you to share details about yourself. You agree that everything you submit is accurate, complete, current, and genuinely yours to submit. Providing false information, or submitting someone else’s information without their permission, is a breach of these Terms and may violate the law.

If you create login credentials, keeping them confidential is on you. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, whether or not you authorized it. Tell us promptly at help@futurecashfinance.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Our handling of the information you provide is described in the Future Cash Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10) Communications and Electronic Records
By using the Services and giving us your contact details, you agree that we may reach you electronically — by email, in-app message, push notification, or, where you have opted in, by text message. Message and data rates may apply to texts, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of marketing at any time using the instructions in the message or the controls described in our Privacy Policy; operational messages such as security alerts and policy updates may continue.

You also consent to receive these Terms, the Privacy Policy, disclosures, notices, and other records electronically, and you agree that electronic delivery satisfies any legal requirement that such records be in writing. Keeping a current email address on file is your responsibility. You may withdraw consent to electronic records by contacting us, though doing so may mean you can no longer use the Services.

11) Acceptable Use
Use the Services the way they were meant to be used. Specifically, don’t:

Use the Services for anything unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent.
Submit information that is false, stolen, or belongs to another person without authorization.
Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
Disrupt, overload, probe, or interfere with the Services, their infrastructure, or their security.
Try to access accounts, systems, data, or networks you aren’t authorized to reach.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from the Services, except where law expressly permits it.
Scrape, crawl, harvest, index, or use bots and other automated tools without our written permission.
Copy, republish, resell, frame, mirror, or commercially exploit any part of the Services or its Content.
Introduce malware, exploits, or any other harmful code.
Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notice on the Services.
Use the Services to build, train, or improve a competing product, dataset, or model.
12) Intellectual Property
The Services — including the software, design, structure, layout, text, graphics, logos, names, and other materials — belong to Future Cash or to the parties that license them to us, and they are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. That license ends automatically if you breach these Terms. No other right is granted, expressly or by implication, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Third-party names and logos appearing on the Services belong to their respective owners. Their presence does not imply a partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement in either direction unless we say so explicitly.

13) Feedback
Send us an idea, suggestion, bug report, or critique and we are free to use it however we like — no restrictions, no obligation to compensate you, no confidentiality attached. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the Services or anything else we build.

14) Disclaimers
THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE MADE AVAILABLE ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUTURE CASH DISCLAIMS EVERY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE MAKE NO PROMISE THAT THE SERVICES WILL RUN WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, ARRIVE FREE OF ERRORS, REMAIN SECURE, OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME — INCLUDING WHETHER ANY OFFER APPEARS AT ALL, WHETHER ANY PROVIDER APPROVES YOU, OR WHETHER ANY TERMS SHOWN REMAIN AVAILABLE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR CURRENCY OF ANY RATE, FEE, TERM, OR OTHER DETAIL SUPPLIED BY A PROVIDER OR OTHER THIRD PARTY.

NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM FUTURE CASH CREATES ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

15) Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUTURE CASH AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, NOR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR HARM TO REPUTATION OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR CONNECTED TO YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE SERVICES OR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, EVEN WHERE WE KNEW OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS CAPPED AT ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

These limits apply regardless of the legal theory raised — contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability, or anything else — and they survive any failure of an essential remedy. Some states do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; in that case, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.

16) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Future Cash along with its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents against any claim, demand, liability, loss, damage, judgment, or expense — reasonable attorneys’ fees included — that arises from or relates to: (a) how you use the Services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) information you submitted; (d) your dealings with any Provider or Third-Party Service; or (e) your violation of any law or of anyone else’s rights.

We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense, and you agree to cooperate with that defense.

17) Suspension and Termination
We can suspend, restrict, or shut off your access at any time and without notice — for instance, if we believe you have broken these Terms, if we suspect fraud or a security risk, if the law requires it, or if we decide to retire part or all of the Services. You are equally free to stop using the Services whenever you want.

Sections that by their nature should outlast termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and this sentence — remain in effect afterward.

18) Mobile Application Terms
If you download the Future Cash app, you receive a limited, revocable license to install and run it on a device you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and to the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

The app store operator is not a party to these Terms, is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support or handle claims relating to it. Those responsibilities are ours. Updates may be delivered automatically, and some features may stop working on outdated versions or unsupported devices. Carrier data charges are yours.

19) Changes to the Services or These Terms
We may revise the Services or these Terms as our product and the law evolve. When we do, we update the Effective Date shown at the top of this page, and where the change is significant we will make a reasonable effort to flag it. Continuing to use the Services after a revision takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. We may also add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without liability to you.

20) Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and, where federal law does not preempt, by the laws of the state in which Future Cash Finance LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in that state, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Before filing anything, we ask that you contact us at help@futurecashfinance.com and give us thirty days to work it out. Most issues are resolved faster that way.

21) General Provisions
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
No waiver. If we don’t enforce a provision right away, that isn’t a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Severability. If a court finds any provision unenforceable, that provision is narrowed or removed and everything else stays in full force.
Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, natural events, labor disruption, or acts of government.
No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms create rights only between you and Future Cash.
Headings. Section titles are for readability and carry no legal weight.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with any policy referenced in them including the Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement between you and Future Cash regarding the Services and replace anything discussed or agreed beforehand.
22) Accessibility
We work to keep the Services usable for everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. If you hit a barrier, tell us at help@futurecashfinance.com and describe what happened — we will look into it and do what we reasonably can to fix it.
