Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 5, 2026
This policy explains how Future Cash Finance LLC (“Future Cash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) gathers, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our website at futurecashfinance.com, our mobile application, and any related feature (together, the “Service”).
Using the Service means you agree to the practices described here. This policy covers what we do with your information — it does not cover what a third-party provider does once you continue to them. Those companies publish their own policies, and it is worth reading them.
1) The Short Version
A summary first. It doesn’t replace the full policy, but it covers what most people want to know:
We collect what you give us, what your device reports automatically, and what certain partners pass along.
We use that information to run the Service, improve it, support you, keep it secure, and meet legal obligations.
We never ask for your online banking password.
We do not sell personal information for money.
We do share limited identifiers and usage data with analytics and advertising partners for measurement, which some state laws classify as “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” You can opt out.
Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your data — reach us any time at help@futurecashfinance.com.
2) Who We Are
Company: Future Cash Finance LLC
Email: help@futurecashfinance.com
Website: futurecashfinance.com
Future Cash is an information and matching platform. We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions. That distinction matters for privacy too: much of what happens after you leave our Service is governed by the provider you chose, not by us.
3) Information We Collect
Information reaches us through three channels — what you hand over, what is captured automatically, and what comes from outside sources.
A) Information you give us
Depending on how you engage with the Service, this may include:
Contact details — name, email address, phone number.
Basic profile details — ZIP code, state, stated preferences, the goals you tell us about.
Eligibility inputs — details submitted to generate matches or comparisons, which can cover income range, employment status, pay frequency, housing situation, the amount you’re looking for, existing obligations, and similar factors.
Account details — if you create an account, your credentials and any settings you save.
Communications — anything you write to us: support messages, survey answers, feedback, reviews, or complaint details.
Worth repeating: Future Cash will not ask you for your online banking password. If you decide to continue to a third-party provider, that provider’s own privacy practices take over from that point, including any bank-connection step they may run.
Some fields are optional. Leaving them blank generally means fewer or less relevant results, but it does not block you from using the Service.
B) Information gathered automatically
As you move through the Service, we may collect:
Device and usage signals — device model, operating system and version, app version, browser type, screen size, language, time zone, and crash or diagnostic reports.
Identifiers — mobile advertising ID, device identifiers, app instance IDs, and cookie IDs.
Approximate location — city or state estimated from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location unless you explicitly grant that permission in your device settings.
Log data — pages viewed, features opened, buttons tapped, referring and exit pages, search terms used on the site, timestamps, and session duration.
Cookie and similar technology data on the website, including analytics, attribution, and performance measurements.
C) Information from outside sources
We may receive information from:
Analytics and measurement vendors, which help us understand how the Service performs and where it breaks.
Advertising and attribution partners, used to evaluate campaigns and understand which channels bring people to us.
Providers and partners you engage with — for example, confirmation that you clicked through, started an application, or completed one, so that referrals can be measured and reconciled.
Fraud prevention and security vendors, which may return risk signals about a device or session.
Publicly available sources, where relevant to operating or securing the Service.
4) How We Use Information
We put information to work in order to:
Operate, maintain, and deliver the Service, including matching and comparison features.
Route your request to a provider when you choose to continue to one.
Tailor your experience and sharpen content, recommendations, and feature performance.
Answer your questions, provide customer support, and follow up on issues you report.
Monitor, debug, test, and secure the platform, including detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
Run analytics and research, and develop new features and products.
Measure marketing performance and attribute referrals accurately.
Send administrative notices — policy updates, service announcements, security alerts.
Send marketing messages where the law permits, with opt-outs described below.
Meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations, and enforce our terms and policies.
We may also create aggregated or de-identified data from the information we hold and use it for any lawful purpose. When we do, we maintain that data in a form that cannot reasonably be linked back to you, and we do not attempt to re-identify it.
5) When We Share Information
A) With service providers
Vendors that support our operations may receive information — hosting and infrastructure, analytics, email and messaging delivery, customer support tooling, security monitoring, and fraud prevention. They are permitted to use it only to perform services for us, under contract, and not for their own independent purposes.
B) With providers and partners, at your direction
If you choose to move forward to a third-party provider, issuer, or lender, we may pass along what is needed to route your request or track the referral — an identifier, basic request details, or attribution parameters, for example. From that point, that company’s privacy policy governs what happens to your information, including any additional data they collect directly from you.
C) With advertising and analytics partners
We may share limited identifiers and usage data with partners that help us measure traffic, understand performance, and evaluate campaigns. Under some state laws this activity counts as “sharing,” “cross-context behavioral advertising,” or “targeted advertising,” even though no money changes hands for your data. See Section 9 for how to opt out.
D) For legal and safety reasons
We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to:
Comply with law, regulation, subpoena, court order, legal process, or a government or regulatory request.
Protect the rights, property, safety, and security of Future Cash, our users, or the public.
Investigate, prevent, or respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
E) In a business transaction
If Future Cash is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will take reasonable steps to see that it remains subject to protections consistent with this policy.
F) Aggregated or de-identified information
We may share data that has been aggregated or stripped of identifiers such that it can no longer reasonably be linked to you or your device.
G) With your consent
We may share information for other purposes when you tell us to.
6) Cookies and Similar Technologies
On the website we use cookies, pixels, tags, and comparable tools. Broadly, they fall into these groups:
Strictly necessary — required for the site to load, stay secure, and function.
Preferences — remember your settings so you don’t re-enter them.
Analytics and performance — measure traffic, page speed, errors, and how features are used.
Marketing and attribution — evaluate campaign effectiveness and understand where visitors come from.
Your browser settings let you manage, block, or clear cookies, and most browsers explain how in their help documentation. Mobile devices offer separate controls for advertising identifiers. Turning these off is your right, though some parts of the site may not work correctly afterward.
7) Your Choices
Email. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link — one click and you are out.
SMS, where used. Reply STOP, or follow the opt-out instructions in the message. Message and data rates may apply.
Push notifications. Manage these in your device settings at any time.
Advertising identifiers. iOS and Android both allow you to limit ad tracking or reset your advertising ID.
Account information. Where an account exists, you can update details you provided, or ask us to do it.
Even after you opt out of marketing, we may still send operational messages — support replies, security alerts, transaction confirmations, and important account or policy notices. Those are not promotional and cannot be turned off while you use the Service.
8) Your Privacy Rights in the United States
Several states give residents rights over their personal information. Depending on where you live, you may be able to:
Confirm whether we process your personal information and access a copy of it.
Correct information that is inaccurate.
Delete certain personal information we hold.
Obtain a portable copy of information you provided, in a usable format.
Opt out of targeted advertising, the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and certain profiling.
Limit the use of sensitive personal information, where applicable.
Be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
How to submit a request
Email help@futurecashfinance.com and describe what you are asking for. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we may ask for information that helps us match your request to our records. Where state law allows, an authorized agent may submit a request for you, with proof of authorization.
We respond within the timeframe your state’s law requires. In limited cases we may decline part of a request — for example, where retaining data is legally required, where deletion would break fraud prevention, or where honoring it would infringe someone else’s rights. If we decline, we explain why.
Appeals
If you disagree with how we handled a request, reply to our decision or write to help@futurecashfinance.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will review it again and respond with our conclusion and the reasoning behind it, as required by law in states that provide an appeal right.
9) California Residents
California law may give you additional rights — to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA as amended by the CPRA.
Future Cash does not sell personal information for money. We may, however, share certain identifiers and internet activity data with analytics and advertising partners for measurement, which California law may classify as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To opt out, email help@futurecashfinance.com with “California Opt-Out Request” in the subject line. Where technically available, we also honor recognized opt-out preference signals sent by your browser.
The categories of personal information described in Section 3 correspond to California’s statutory categories: identifiers, customer records information, commercial information, internet or network activity, approximate geolocation, and inferences drawn from the above. The purposes for collecting each category are set out in Section 4, the disclosure recipients in Section 5, and the retention approach in Section 10. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
10) How Long We Keep Information
We retain personal information for as long as it is reasonably needed to:
Deliver and operate the Service and support your use of it.
Maintain business records, including referral and attribution records.
Satisfy legal, regulatory, tax, and audit obligations.
Detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
Actual retention periods differ by data type and legal requirement. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it so it can no longer be linked to you.
11) Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information in our care — including encryption in transit, access controls limiting who can view data internally, monitoring for unusual activity, and vendor review.
No system of transmission or storage is entirely impenetrable, and we cannot promise absolute security. You play a part too: use a strong, unique password, keep your device software current, and be skeptical of any message asking for your credentials. Future Cash will never contact you asking for your banking password.
12) Children’s Privacy
The Service is not built for or directed at children under 13 — or under 16 where state law sets that threshold — and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, write to help@futurecashfinance.com and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
13) Automated Processing
Matching and comparison features on the Service are automated. They sort and surface options based on the details you provide and on general criteria published by providers. These are informational suggestions only. Future Cash does not make credit decisions, does not evaluate creditworthiness, and does not produce approvals or denials — providers do that on their own systems, under their own policies.
14) Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because the industry still lacks a consistent standard for interpreting DNT, we do not currently respond to those signals. Where we are able to recognize a Global Privacy Control or similar opt-out preference signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request.
15) Where Information Is Processed
The Service is intended for users in the United States. If you connect from elsewhere, understand that your information may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in the U.S. or in other countries where we or our service providers operate, under laws that may differ from those in your location.
16) Third-Party Services
Content, tools, and offers from other companies may appear on or be reachable through the Service. Their data practices are their own. Once you leave the Service, this policy no longer applies — read the receiving company’s privacy policy before you share anything with them, especially during an application flow.
17) Updates to This Policy
We may revise this policy as our product, our vendors, and the law evolve. When we do, we update the Effective Date at the top of this page, and where the change is material we will make a reasonable effort to flag it in the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service once a revision takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
